What you’ll Do:
- Lead team to design Merchant’s SOPs, policies, rewards and punishments maintaining an operational excellences through nationwide merchants and partnerships
- Implement SOPs and Policies to all merchants, monitoring voices and feedback, make an improvement
- Collaborate with fulfillment and supply operation team to develop long-term policies phases and long-term solution building up merchant’s operational performances
- Identify gaps, work closely with cross function parties to find governance solution to close those gaps
- Collaborate with the product team to develop merchant’s operation performance improvement features while representing governance, provide reward and punishments perspective.
- Prepare and present high quality weekly reports including sharing best practices and action plans.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce, food delivery, or relevance field.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint
- Strong prioritization and planning skills
- Problem-solving attitude, solutions-oriented
