What you’ll Do:
- Work closely with the management, business owner and other related function team including but not limited to product, engineering, commercial, customer support and supply chain team, to bring the business to the highest success position.
- Understanding and analyzing the customer behavior data to design the smoothest operations that could offer the highest customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
- Manage all the given resources including people, budget and other assets to reach its most efficiency in serving the business goal.
- Structuring, managing, guiding and coaching the team to comply with end-to-end operations processes to ensure that tasks are delivered in the timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Prepare monthly/weekly/daily verification data, for monitoring and reporting performance.
- Audit and investigate complaints and appeal cases, perform root cause analysis to improve team’s productivity.
- Effectively communicate with team members and management to align objectives and timeline.
- Build and analyze in house data to help the team tackle operation goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or any related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in e-Commerce, Data Analyst, or consulting is preferred.
- Leadership skills, experience in leading teams.
- Familiar with a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
- Strong analytic skill, communication, presentation skill and negotiation skill.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides and experience with large data sets.
