- Design marketing campaigns and marketing communication for LINE MAN RIDE to achieve monthly target, including product awareness, sales order and GMV, return on marketing spending, user acquisition and penetration
- Manage and execute end-to-end LINE MAN RIDE campaigns end-to-end: campaign communication brief, media plan, campaign materials, promotion mechanism, performance tracking and optimization
- Evaluate campaigns performance and develop improvement plan to optimize marketing outcome
- Monitor app optimization to improve customer experience, % Conversion, and complete transactions.
- Track industry market trends and competitors movement analysis, analyze data from various sources such as websites, social media platforms, and LINE MAN application to identify opportunities for improving marketing initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Performance Marketing, Social media, Design team, CC, CX, and product team to ensure that we deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns, user engagement, and tracking capabilities
