What you’ll do :
- Provide product guidance and customer support through various channels such as phone, LINE Official Account, and Facebook.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers both online (e.g., Google Meet) and on-site.
- Perform remote installation and troubleshooting via TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
- Gather customer feedback and usage issues to help improve the product and training materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll need :
- Open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to learn about technology and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support (experience with software, POS, or beauty/service businesses is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
- Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with good computer and internet skills (knowledge of network systems, IP, and Wi-Fi is an advantage).
