We are looking for an analytical and driven advertising operations manager, who will increase our company ad publisher revenue. This person will be adept at identifying revenue opportunities on our media properties and proficient in gathering and using data to test the most optimum way to monetize our inventory. The role will require you to find the right balance between ad revenue maximization and other company priorities like, user experience, developer resources, and external partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you should be data-driven, be familiar with the online advertising landscape, and have strong cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, ad optimization, data analysis, and operations, as well as demonstrable history of working across teams.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, develop and execute an ad revenue strategy based on data and industry knowledge to meet business objectives.
  • Manage ad inventory (including ad placement, ad units, and pricing) across LINE MAN Wongnai’s multiple media properties.
  • Ensure all ads meet quality standards with respect to legality, brand safety, design, performance and suitability with our business.
  • Track and optimize revenue performance, drive up average prices, seek out and adjust ad placements, and efficiently manage the mix between direct sales and ad network utilization.
  • Develop and communicate reports on performance and optimisation. Draw heavily from available data and sound assumptions for your conclusions. Articulate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results for timely adjustment and strategy changes.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise with relevant internal teams.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve revenue performance and streamline processes.


What you'll need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital advertising, digital publishing, advertising technology, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of ad technology, including ad servers, programmatic platforms, and ad exchanges.
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills, reporting and stakeholder management; able to work with multiple internal teams, including sales, marketing, product and finance.
  • Proven operations and project management experience
  • Strong ability in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation
  • Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet 
  • Ability to take ownership and initiate optimization strategies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work independently to find the solution with minimal guidance from the team.
  • Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with at least one of Google Ad Manager, AdMob, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Taboola, MGID, or other digital marketing tools is a must.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
