What you'll do:
- Collaborate with attorneys in the drafting and review of Power of Attorney and various legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage litigation-related tasks within the company.
- Assist lawyers in navigating the company's disputes, litigation, and investigations, including communication with external counsel to ensure timely case updates and monitoring.
- Handle administrative responsibilities for the litigation team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and databases.
- Create presentations and slides pertaining to dispute and litigation matters.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a preference for a law degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
