What you’ll Do:
- Leading and managing the company's investor relations program and developing investor communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Communicate regularly with analysts, shareholders, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the company's performance.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute investor communication strategies.
- Contribute to the development of key messages and talking points for investor meetings and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and analysis to leadership on market perceptions of the company.
- Organize and coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
- Plan and execute annual shareholder meetings.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At Least 10 years experience in investor relations in a public company or sell side analyst of listed shares.
- An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task and must be well organized; attention to detail; high level of accuracy
- Ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to confidential issues and information
- Proficiency in both English and Thai
