Responsibilities

  • Managing team performance and KPI of operation support team
  • Managing team to feedback user with appropriate feedback and timeline
  • Maintain and implement the effective procedures, policies and standards
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve service level and team productivities
  • Identify and lead the needs of the staff training and coaching
  • Implement and develop the team performance tracking report

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years working experiences 
  • Experienced in managing at least 10 peoples of Customer Service or Operation Support team
  • Strong on communication, decision making and prioritization. 
  • Good analytical skill and problem solving skill
