- Acquire riders by online, offline & affiliate marketing
- Work closely with internal / external stakeholders to deliver campaign objective
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns deliver on time
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimization on a regular and ongoing basis
- Initiative & Analyze communication activity, campaign and media performance for improvement
- Developing effective media plan and budget allocation to acquire new riders
- Dealing and supporting rider marketing team for digital campaign
- At least 5 years experience in marketing, communication or business development
- Understand basic of data analytic, marketing funnel and related marketing number
- Experience with Facebook Ad, Twitter, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
- Ability to lead the project with few guidance from manager
- Growth mindset, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
