Marketing Manager (Rider & Non-Food)



  • Acquire riders by online, offline & affiliate marketing 
  • Work closely with internal / external stakeholders to deliver campaign objective
  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns deliver on time
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimization on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Initiative & Analyze communication activity, campaign and media performance for improvement
  • Developing effective media plan and budget allocation to acquire new riders
  • Dealing and supporting rider marketing team for digital campaign


  • At least 5 years experience in marketing, communication or business development
  • Understand basic of data analytic,  marketing funnel and related marketing number
  • Experience with Facebook Ad, Twitter, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Ability to lead the project with few guidance from manager
  • Growth mindset, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
