Responsibilities
- Own strategy for a vertical business area for LINE MAN Wongnai and develop a deep understanding of their vertical in order to advise domain stakeholders
- Analyse data and market insights to identify growth opportunities in order to develop new ideas or identify and execute experiments, product improvements and business optimization
- Scan the competitive landscape, spot trends and technical developments and ideate, plan and execute, experiments or improvements as needed
- Leverage data to analyze, identify and support recommendations for growth
- Present proposals including go-to-market strategies, new product features, or business optimisations to senior management and C-suite for implementation
- Manage a high performing team (for Senior Managers)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Strategy and consulting, or Business development or related field
- MBA from a top-tier university is preferred
- Ability to extract data for analysis (using SQL) and ability to analyse data independently is critical
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work
- Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and to apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovation
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with ability to work well across multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down problems and come up with recommendations
