What you’ll Do:
Social Media Strategy:
- Assist in the development of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms.
Content Creation and Scheduling:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, LINE OA
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the execution of social media advertising campaigns, including content creation, targeting, and budget management.
- Work closely with the production team to develop visually appealing and effective social media assets.
Stay Updated on Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
- Analyzing and reporting the performance of social media & KOL initiatives, with key insights to make frequent improvement suggestions

- Previous internship or entry-level experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
